Purpose of the website and indicative information

The website presents Domaine Red Stone, a private villa development on the Amizmiz road in Marrakech, and the activities of Williams & Harper.

The visuals, renderings, floor plans, areas, prices and timelines shown on the website and in downloadable documents are for information only and are not contractual. Only the signed sales documents (reservation agreement, deed of sale and their appendices) are binding.

Rental income estimates are simulations: they are neither a guarantee of income nor investment advice.

Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, photographs, renderings, plans, videos, logos, trademarks and layout) is owned by Williams & Harper or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any full or partial reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data protection (Law 09-08)

Williams & Harper SARL is the data controller for personal data collected on the website, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected: when you enter an invitation code, request access or fill in the reservation form, we collect your first name, last name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address if provided, the website language and, where applicable, the code of the business referrer who invited you, as well as the dates of your visits.

Purposes: to contact you, assist you with your project, follow up on your file and, where applicable, link your request to the business referrer who recommended you. This data is never sold or used for advertising.

Legal basis: your consent, given by checking the box provided. You may withdraw it at any time.

Recipients: the Williams & Harper sales team and, solely to follow up on your file, the business referrer who gave you your code.

Retention period: three years from our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law if you become a buyer.

Data hosting: data is stored on the servers of our host OVH, located in France (European Union).

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify and object (Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law 09-08). To exercise them, email contact@williams-harper.com with your name and phone number.

Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP): declaration in progress. You may also file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

WhatsApp and reservation form

The reservation form prepares a message that you send yourself from WhatsApp. The information you enter (name, phone, email, chosen villa and message) is also recorded by Williams & Harper, with your consent, to follow up on your request, under the conditions described above. Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta).

Cookies

The website only uses technical cookies required for it to work: remembering your private access and securing forms. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.

Visitor statistics: Williams & Harper measures, without cookies and without any third-party service, the pages viewed, where visits come from (search engine, social network, a referrer’s link), the language and the type of device. Your IP address is not stored: it is only used to compute an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day. These statistics are kept for 13 months.

Governing law

The website and this notice are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
