How do Chloé, Céline and Margaux differ?
Domaine Red Stone comprises 29 Chloé villas, 8 Céline villas and 4 Margaux villas. Each model has its own proportions and layout: Chloé with land from 1,000 m², Céline from 1,500 m² and Margaux from 2,200 m². The villa pages present their floor plans and features.
What does the starting price include?
The starting price covers the villa and its reference land area. It includes roads and utilities, construction, finishes, a private pool and the outdoor works specified in the property description. The final price and detailed specifications are provided for the selected villa.
Are all land areas the same?
No. The land areas of 1,000 m² for Chloé, 1,500 m² for Céline and 2,200 m² for Margaux are starting sizes. Some villas have larger grounds. The exact area and corresponding price are provided for each available villa.
Can I change the architecture or floor plans?
You choose one of three models designed by Williams & Harper: Chloé, Céline or Margaux. Each offers one layout modification: replacing one of the two living rooms with an additional guest bedroom at no extra cost. The architecture and the rest of the floor plans remain unchanged to preserve the harmony of the estate.
How do reservations and payments work?
Choose your model and identify your preferred villa on the masterplan, subject to availability confirmed by our team. We then present its price and the reservation and payment terms set out in the contract. The enquiry form lets you contact us; it does not automatically reserve a villa.
What are the construction and delivery times?
The schedule depends on the selected villa, its development phase and construction progress. Our team provides the provisional schedule; the delivery date and applicable conditions are set out in the contractual documents.
